摘　　要：文章通过文献研究,介绍国外药品监管透明度测量研究现状,分析总结药品监管、医疗服务等领域透明度测量的框架与内容、指标设计以及评分方法,并对我国药品监管透明度研究提出启示,旨在为国内药品监管透明度测量工具的开发提供参考。Literature research was used to review the oversea research status on transparency measurement of medicine regulation. We analyzed and summarized the transparency measurement＇s framework, content, indexes, and scoring methods in medicine regulation, health care and other areas. Lastly, the paper presented some advices to the research of transparency t of medicine regulation in China. The paper aimed to provide reference for domestic transparency measurement scale development of medicine regulation.
