珍黄丸联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用溶液治疗重型复发性阿弗他溃疡的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察珍黄丸联合重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用溶液(贝复济)治疗重型复发性阿弗他溃疡的临床疗效及安全性。方法:将我院2012年3月-2013年12月收治的136例重型复发性阿弗他溃疡患者按随机数字表法分为联合组、珍黄丸组、贝复济组和对照组,每组各34例。联合组患者给予珍黄丸联合贝复济治疗,珍黄丸组、贝复济组分别给予珍黄丸和贝复济治疗,对照组给予维生素B2治疗。比较4组患者溃疡愈合时间、复发间隔时间、溃疡总数及有效率,并观察不良反应的发生情况。结果:珍黄丸组、贝复济组的复发间隔时间、有效率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);珍黄丸组、贝复济组的溃疡愈合时间、溃疡总数均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组的溃疡复发间隔时间、有效率均高于其他3组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组的溃疡愈合时间、溃疡总数均低于其他3组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4组均未出现严重不良反应。结论:采用珍黄丸联合贝复济能够缩短重型复发性阿弗他溃疡的愈合时间,减少复发。OBJECTIVE：To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Zhenhuang pills combined with Recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor for external use（rb-b FGF）in the treatment of severe recurrent aphthous ulcers（RAU）. METHODS：Totally 136 patients with severe RAU from our hospital from Mar. 2012 to Dec. 2013 were divided into combination group,Zhenhuang pills group,rb-b FGF group and control group by random number table,34 cases for each. Combination group was given Zhenhuang pills combined with rb-b FGF,Zhenhuang pills group and rb-b FGF group was respectively given Zhenhuang pills and rb-b FGF and control group was given vitamin B2. The clinic data was compared,including ulcer healing time,recurrence time,the total number of ulcers and effective rate. The incidence of adverse reactions was observed. RESULTS：The recurrence time and effective rate in Zhenhuang pills group and rb-b FGF group were higher than control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）;the ulcer healing time and total number of ulcers in Zhenhuang pills group and rb-b FGF group were lower than control group,with significant difference（P〈0.05）;the recurrence time in combination group was higher than other 3 groups,with significant difference（P〈0.05）;the ulcer healing time and total number of ulcers in combination group was lower than other 3 groups,with significant difference（P〈0.05）. There were no serious adverse reactions. CONCLUSIONS：zhenhuang pills combined with rb-b FGF can shorter the healing time in the treatment of severe RAU and reduce the recurrence.
