VEGF与CD105在卵巢癌中的表达及其相关性

摘　　要：目的:研究血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及CD105在卵巢癌中的表达及二者之间的相关性。方法:应用VEGF和CD105单克隆抗体,采用免疫组化S-P法,对手术切除的70例卵巢癌进行染色和血管标记,并取20例正常卵巢组织对照,测定VEGF的表达及CD105标记的微血管密度(CD105-MVD)。结果:VEGF及CD105在卵巢癌中的表达率明显高于正常卵巢组织(P<0.001),VEGF的阳性表达及CD105-MVD与上皮性卵巢癌的临床分期、病理分级、是否伴淋巴结转移及有相关性(P<0.001),与年龄无相关性(P>0.05),上皮性卵巢癌组织中VEGF的阳性表达与CD105-MVD呈显著正相关(r2=0.612,P<0.001)。结论:研究表明上皮性卵巢癌中VEGF和CD105二者联合检测可作为判断卵巢癌侵袭转移和预后的重要指标,并为术后辅助治疗提供参考依据。Objective：To investigate the expression and correlation of vascular endothelial growth factor （VEGF）and CD105 in the ovarian carcinoma.Methods：VEGF expression and microvessel density marked by CD105（CD105-MVD） in samples of 70 ovarian carcinoma and 20 normal ovarian tissue collected in our hospital from January,2005 to January, 2010 were examined by using immunohistochemical methods of S-P with anti-VEGF monoclonal antibody and anti-CD105 monoclonal antibody.Results：VEGF expression and CD105 expression in ovarian cancer was significantly higher than in normal ovarian tissue （P〈0.001 ）.The positive expression of VEGF and CD105-MVD were correlated with clinical stage,pathological grade of ovarian cancer and lymph node metastasis （P〈0.001）but had no correlation with age （P〉0.05）.There was a significant correlation between expression of VEGF and CD105-MVD in epithelial ovarian cancer （r2=0.612,P〈0.001）.Conclusion：The study shows that testing combined VEGF with CD105 can be used as an impor-tant indicator of judging the invasion,metastasis and prognosis of ovarian cancer,and provide reference for postoperative adjuvant therapy.
