摘  要:本研究采用RAPD分子标记技术对我国7个野生居群共121份女贞种质材料进行遗传多样性分析。10条有效引物对121份女贞种质材料进行RAPD-PCR扩增,共扩增出94条DNA谱带,其中80条为多态性带,占总扩增带数的85.11%,平均每个引物扩增出9.4条谱带。分析结果表明,供试女贞材料在物种水平上具有丰富的遗传多样性,有效等位基因数Ne=1.4344,Nei’s基因多样性H=0.2591,Shannon信息指数I=0.3959;但在居群水平上,女贞的遗传多样性水平较低,PPB=37.08%,Ne=1.2590,H=0.1455,I=0.2127。女贞居群内的遗传变异大于居群间的遗传变异,居群间遗传分化指数Gst=0.4067,总的遗传变异中有40.67%的变异存在居群间,有59.33%的遗传变异存在于居群内。女贞居群间基因交流有限,基因流(Nm)为0.7294<1。The genetic diversity of the 121 germplasm materials of Ligustrum lucidum Ait from 7 wild populations in China was detected by RAPD molecular markers in the study. 10 primers were used to amplify samples of L. lucidum Ait. And 94 DNA bands were got, 80 of which was polymorphic, with the percentage of polymorphic bands(PPB) of 85.11%. On average,9.4 DNA bands were amplified by each primer. The results showed that there was rich genetic diversity in the species level,with Ne = 1.4344, H = 0.2591, I= 0.3959; but lower at the population level(PPB=37.08%, Ne =1.2590, H=0.1455, I=0.2127). The genetic variation in L. lucidum Ait populations was higher than that among populations. The coefficient of gene differentiation(Gst) was 0.4067, which showed that there was 40.67% of genetic variance among the populations, and59.33% in the populations. there were limited gene interflows among the populations of L. lucidum Ait. The gene flow(Nm)was 0.7249〈1.
