摘　　要：生态文明建设离不开市场逻辑与法治精神的双向驱动,虽然市场逻辑中蕴涵着法治精神的基质,但是,法治精神不可能在市场逻辑中自发生成,它需要政府、市场、社会组织、公民个人的共同培育,其中,政府起着十分重要的作用。党的十八届三中全会、四中全会鲜明地把市场和法治摆在治国理政的重要地位,对于建设美丽中国、推进社会主义生态文明建设具有十分重要的价值和意义。The ecological civilization construction cannot do without the bi - directional driving of the market logic and the legal spirit. Although the nature of legal spirit is implied in market logic, the legal spirit cannot be spontaneously generated in market logic, which needs the common cultivation of the government, market, social organizations and individual citizens. The government plays a very important role. The Third and Forth Plenums of the 18th Communist Party of China clearly put the market and the rule of law in an important position in governing the country, which is of important value and meaning for the construction of a beautiful Chinese and promotion of the construction of socialist ecological civilization.
