摘　　要：目的了解我国山东、安徽及黑龙江省部分地区供血浆者人巨细胞病毒中和抗体效价的流行病学状况,为人巨细胞病毒特异性免疫球蛋白的研制提供科学依据。方法采用微量细胞病变中和试验方法,检测794份供血浆者血浆人巨细胞病毒中和抗体效价水平。结果 794份健康人血浆巨细胞病毒中和抗体效价主要分布在1∶8~1∶64,约71.7%供血浆者HCMV中和抗体效价高于1∶8;其中效价≥1∶181占0.38%,效价≥1∶45约占15%。结论通过筛选高中和效价血浆制备人巨细胞病毒特异性免疫球蛋白切实可行。Objective To determine the seroprevalence of Anti-cytomegalovirus（CMV）IgG antibodies among plasma donors in the region of Shandong,Anhui,Heilongjiang,and to investigate the possibility of developing highly effecient human CMV specific immunoglobulin preparation.Methods Neutralizing antibody titers from plasma donors were determined by micro-neutralization assay.Results The Anti-CMV neutralizing antibody titers from 794 plasma donors were mainly distributed in 1∶8 ~ 1∶64and anti-CMV IgG seroprevalence in the sample studied was 71.7%（not less than 1∶8.Among them,0.38% were over the titer of 1∶181.Anti-CMV antibody titers were more than 1∶45in 15%samples.ConclusionsThe plasma donors in the region have high seroprevalence of anti-CMV neutralizing antibodies.It is practicable for manufacturers to develop high potency human CMV specific immunoglobulin with the samples screened by micro-neutralization assay.
