从团队建设角度谈大学班级建设与管理

摘　　要：成熟的班集体需经历组建、磨合、规范、成效四个阶段,每阶段的班集体都有其共同特点,辅导员应该充分认识每个不同阶段的特点,有针对性地开展班级主题班会,加强班集体的团队合作与凝聚力,实现班级建设与管理的民主化、有序化。因此,文章将从班集体形成的"四阶段理论"出发,探讨班集体不同阶段的特点以及如何开展主题班会来服务班集体建设与管理。The mature class collective to experience form, running, specification, results in four stages, each stage of the class have their common characteristics, counselors should fully understand the characteristics of different stages, to carry out targeted class theme class meeting, enhance class teamwork and cohesion, to achieve the class construction and management democratization, orderly. Therefore, starting from the class will be the formation of the ＂four stages theory＂, to explore the characteristics of different stages of the class and how to carry out the theme class meeting to service class construction and management.
