摘 要:为强化鱼雷罐储运时的铁水保温,根据某炼铁总厂铁水运输的实际工况,采用ANSYS有限元软件,用辐射矩阵描述铁水和罐衬间的传热,构建了二维轴对称模型,对某炼铁总厂320 t鱼雷罐采取保温措施前后的温度场进行了瞬态热分析,计算了铁水温降.结果表明:现有的鱼雷罐在储运时会产生110℃铁水温降,此温降同实际温降的误差为8.3%,采取保温措施后,铁水温降减少到83℃.说明保温措施是显著的.According to the actual working condition during transportation of torpedo ladle in an ironmaking plant,considered the heat transfer between the molten iron and tank lining by using the radiation matrix description,a two-dimensional axisymmetric model was constructed in order to enhance the metal insulation during storage and transportation of torpedo car through ANSYS finite element software. An instant thermal analysis of temperature field was conducted for the 320 t torpedo car of an ironmaking plant. The temperature drop of the molten iron was calculated before and after the heat preservation measures. The calculated results showed that the existing torpedo ladle during storage and transportation will produce 110 ℃ temperature drop,compared with the practical one there is error of 8. 3%. The molten iron temperature drop is only 83 ℃ after using the heat preservation measures. It illustrates that the heat preservation measures are significant.
