摘 要:叉头框(forkhead box,FOX)蛋白家族转录因子参与细胞的多种代谢及病理生理过程,包括细胞增殖、凋亡、分化及氧化应激监管等。越来越多的证据表明,FOXO因子作为肿瘤抑制因子在多种肿瘤的发生和发展中起重要作用。卵巢癌由于发病隐匿,且易对化疗药物产生耐药,因此预后较差。寻找与卵巢肿瘤发生和发展相关的因子以及研发针对这些因子的靶向药物是目前卵巢肿瘤研究的热点之一。FOXO作为转录因子在卵巢癌的发生和发展及预后中的作用已引起学者们的重视。本文对FOXO与卵巢癌发生和发展的关系及其在预后中的作用进行综述。Forkhead box (FOX) transcription factors have been involved in multiple metabolic and pathophysiologic processes, including cell proliferation, apoptosis, differentiation, and oxidative stress. More and more evidence has proved that FOXO transcription factor as a tumor suppressor acts an important role in occurrence and development of various tumors. Due to ovarian tumor's incidence of occult and resistance to chemotherapeutic drugs, it has a poor prognosis. Therefore, one of the hotpots of ovarian tumor research is to find the factors related to the occurrence and development of ovarian tumor and the drugs targeting these factors. The role of FOXO transcription factors in the occurrence, development and prognosis of ovarian tumor has attracted the attention of researchers. This paper reviews the advances in the role of FOXO in the occurrence, development and prognosis of ovarian tumor.
