单侧离断的额肌瓣法矫正重度上睑下垂

摘　　要：目的：探讨单侧离断的额肌瓣悬吊术矫正重度上睑下垂的临床效果。方法17例（29眼）重度上睑下垂患者行单侧离断的额肌瓣悬吊手术治疗，评价疗效。结果随访6~24个月，术后过矫2只眼（6.9%），矫正不足1只眼（3.4%），其余患者睑裂对称自然，效果满意。术后并发症发生1只眼结膜脱垂，行皮质类固醇激素眼药水治疗并加压包扎1周后治愈。结论单侧离断的额肌瓣悬吊术治疗重度上睑下垂效果持久满意。Objective To explore the clinical effect of severe blepharoptosis correction with one-side sectioned frontal muscle suspension. Methods 17 cases（29 eyes）with severe blepharoptosis underwent one-side sectioned frontal muscle suspen-sion. Results The follow-up period ranged from 6 to 24 months. Two eyes（6. 9%） for overcorrection,1 eye required reoperation for undercorrection. 1 eye conjunctival prolapsed was cured with corticosteroid hormone and pressure dressing. Conclusion The clinical effect of severe blepharoptosis correction with one-side sectioned frontal muscle suspension is satisfactory.
