摘　　要：理想信念教育是干部教育培训的首要任务,如何才能使理想信念教育更加富有成效?中国井冈山干部学院结合自身实际,坚持以问题为导向,找准事业需要和干部成长的结合点,理论联系实际,不断增强理想信念教育的说服力;以情感为铺垫,把握感性与理性的融汇点,采取灵活多样的有效形式,不断增强理想信念教育的感染力;以长效为目标,聚焦知行统一的关键点,注重日常学习、自我教育和学风建设,不断增强理想信念教育的持久力。The ideal and faith education is a primary mission of the cadre education and training. How to carry out the ideal and faith education in a more effective way.7 China Executive Leadership Academy Jinggangshan combines the actual conditions of the Academy, persists in the problem orientation, focuses on the conjunction of the need of undertaking and the growth of cadres, and links theory with practice, so as to continuously improve the persuasiveness of ideal and faith education;bases the education on emotional communication, grasps the in- tersecting points of perception and rationality, and employs diverse effective ways, so as to continuously improve the infectivity of ideal and faith education;and targets the long -term effectiveness of education, focuses the key points of unifying knowledge with behavior,and pays academic atmosphere ,so as to continuously improve attention to daily learning,self education and the construction of the endurance of ideal and faith education.
