摘　　要：随着数字出版时代的来临,我国出版产业面临挑战的同时也伴随着机遇。复合型、应用型创新人才就成了出版业应对挑战、把握机遇的关键。应用创新型人才培养体系是由不同于传统型出版编辑人才的知识与实践架构而成。知识能力结构、高校培养、企业平台、社会培养模式,都是培养数字出版人才的关键。With the advent of the era of digital publishing, Chinese publishing industry is facing the challenge with opportunity. Composite type, application-oriented type talents of innovation is becoming a key for publishing industry to cope with the challenge and grasp the opportunity. The training system of application-oriented innovative talents is composed of the knowledge and the practice different from the traditional publishing and editing talents. Knowledge structure, higher education, social enterprise platform, training mode, these are keys to digital publishing talent cultivation.
