摘　　要：高职院校应基于人才需求调研和人才培养质量评价情况,准确定位高职电子信息工程技术专业的人才培养目标,探索与实施"订单引领、交替顶岗"的人才培养模式,构建"能力核心、岗证课赛融合"课程体系,创新"岗证课赛"教学模式。据此不断提高高职人才培养质量,提升专业服务产业能力,使其符合电子信息产业发展、升级的需要。Based on talents needs research and training quality assessment, the talents training objectives was positioned accurately.The ＂leading order, posts Alternate＂ talents cultivation mode was explored and implemented, the ＂capacity core, post certificate course race integration＂ course system was built, the ＂post certificate course race ＂ teaching mode was innovative. The quality of talents training was continuously improved, the ability of professional services industry was enhanced, the vocational training talents could be in line with the development and upgrade of electronic information industry.
