摘　　要：移动信息获取时代的到来必然引起人们信息获取行为的变化,这一变化引起国外学者的广泛关注。采用文献调研的方法,将目前国外的研究分为移动环境下的信息行为方式,移动环境下的信息检索内容特点,移动环境下的学术信息获取行为三方面加以论述,以信息行为变化为前提引出移动环境下信息素养教育的变革。The arrival of the era of mobile information access will cause the change of people＇s information behavior in-evitably; this change has caused extensive attention of foreign scholars. Through literature research, this paper summarizes as three aspects of information behavior studies of abroad library users, including the research on manner of information behavior in a mobile environment, characteristics of the content of information retrieval in a mobile environment, the academic information acquisition behavior in the mobile environment. Ultimately with the information behavior changes as the premise, this paper discusses the change of information literacy e-ducation under mobile environment.
