摘　　要：目的:建立不同寄主的菟丝子HPLC指纹图谱,考察不同寄主对菟丝子药材质量的影响。方法:采用高效液相色谱,梯度洗脱的方法。结果:从11个不同寄主菟丝子药材指纹图谱中共检出10个共有峰,并进行了相似度计算和系统聚类分析。结论:不同寄主菟丝子药材主要成分组成相近,但含量存在差异。Objective： Study on the fingerprints of cuscutae semen from different hosts by HPLC to investigate the influence of different host in the quality of cuscutae semen.Methods： The chemical constituents of cuscutae semen were determined by HPLC with gradient elution.Results： There were 10 common peaks in the HPLC fingerprints of cuscutae Semen from different hosts.Then the similarity of the HPLC fingerprints was calculated and systematic cluster analysis was used to analyze the data.Conclusion： The main components in cuscutae semen from different hosts are similar with different contents.
