浅议命门之火、君火、相火及其关系

摘　　要：文章系统阐述了命门之火、君火、相火的生理功能和病理现象,以及它们之间的关系,认为命门之火是生命发生之本,一切生理活动的原动力均系于此火;君火是主持神明之火,是正常精神意识思维活动的物质基础;相火生于命门之火,上寄于心包络,下寄于肾,循三焦通达五脏六腑,四肢百骸,以发挥温煦气化之职。人之初生,命火生成君、相二火,人之即成,君、相二火又赖命门之火之维系,共同发挥着维持和促进人体生长、发育和生殖的生理功能。如果三火功能失常,则可发生命门火衰、君火虚馁、君相火旺、相火失宣等种种病理表现。This paper expounds systematically the physiological functions and pathological phenomenon of Mingmen fire,sovereign fire and ministerial fire,as well as the relationship among the three.Mingmen fire is the original power of the life; the motive power of all the physiological activities is related to this fire.Sovereign fire is the fire that governs the mental activities and it is the material basis of the normal mental thinking activities.Ministerial fire is originated from Mingmen fire; in the upper viscera,it was placed in the Pericardium,while in the lower part of the viscera,it was placed in the kidney.Ministerial fire reaches the five viscera and six bowels as well as all parts of the body through trijiao with the function of warm-reinforcing and acceleration.When a person is born,Mingmen fire comes from sovereign fire and ministerial fire.As people grow up,sovereign fire and ministerial fire depend on the maintenance of Mingmen fire,displaying the physiological function of the maintenance and promotion of human growth,development and reproduction.If there is a functional disorder of these three fires,there will be many pathogenic manifestations,such as the debility of Mingmen fire,the deficiency of sovereign fire,the exuberance of sovereign fire and ministerial fire as well as the bad function of ministerial fire.
