摘　　要：目的:探讨经阴道超声(TVS)检查子宫内膜癌术前肌层浸润深度的诊断价值。方法:34例子宫内膜癌患者术前应用TVS进行检查,测评子宫内膜癌肌层浸润深度,并与术后病理检查结果对照,探讨其诊断符合率与准确率。结果:TVS判断内膜癌肌层浸润的准确性85%(29/34)、判断浅肌层浸润的敏感性80%(20/25)、特异性100%(9/9)、阳性预测值100%(20/20)、阴性预测值64%(9/14)。结论:术前TVS检测技术有助于判断子宫内膜癌的肌层浸润深度,可为临床术前制定治疗方案提供重要依据。Objective:To discuss the clinical value of examining and diagnosing the depth of muscular layer infil-tratioin before operations for endometrial carcinoma by TVS.Methods:All 34 patients of endometrial carcinoma were examined by TVS before operation.Depth of muscular layer infiltration were assessed and compared with the result of pathological examination after operation.The coincidence rate and accuracy of the diagnosis were discussed.Results:The accuracy of diagnosis muscular layer infiltration of endometrial carcinoma by TVS was 85%(29/34),sensitivity was 80%(20/25),specificity was 100%(9/9),positive predicative value was 100%(20/20)and negative predica-tive value was 64%(9/14).Conclusion:Diagnosis by TVS before operation is helpful for judging the depth of muscu-lar layer infiltration of endometrial carcinoma,and offers reasonable options for treatment plan before operations.
