摘  要:目的测定紫竹梅中多种微量元素的含量。方法紫竹梅样品用浓硝酸经过消解,采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定Fe、Zn、Mg、Ca、Mn的含量。结果紫竹梅中Mg的含量最高,为3064.1mg.kg^-1,其次为Ca、Fe、Mn、Zn。其回收率在97.50%~104.15%,RSD〈2%。结论作为中草药,紫竹梅中的微量元素含量较为合理,可作为其质量研究的参考依据。该法简便、准确、可信、重现性好。Objective To determine the contents of the trace elements in the Setcreasea purpurea. Methods The sample was digested by HNO3 . Five trace elements including Fe,Zn,Mg,Ca and Mn in the samples were directly analyzed by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results It was showed that the content of Mg in the sample was the highest,followed by Ca,Fe,Mn and Zn. In addition,the recoveries of these microelements were ranged from 97. 50% to 104. 15%,and the RSD was less than 2%. Conclusion As one of the traditional chinese medicine,Setcreasea purpurea contains reasonable percentage of the trace elements,which could be the reference to its qualification study. The method is simple,accurate,reliable and reproducible.
