摘　　要：阻尼环与阻尼条组成的绕组用于同步电动机异步起动,焊接质量直接影响电机的启动性能,文中介绍了阻尼环与阻尼条的加工装配、火焰硬钎焊工艺、操作方法及应注意的事项,为该项工作提供了借鉴经验。The damping ring and the damping plates for synchronous motor winding asynchronous starting, the welding quality directly affects the starting performance of the motor, this paper introduces the damping ring and the damping of the processing and assembling, flame brazing process, operation method and notes, the experience provides reference to the same kind of construction project.
