摘　　要：目的探讨卒中后抑郁(PSD)患者外周血单个核细胞中p11基因表达的变化。方法选取新乡医学院第一附属医院住院脑卒中患者40例,根据汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HDSS)和抑郁症自测量表(ZDS)的评分结果分为脑卒中无抑郁组和PSD组,每组20例;另选取健康人20例作为对照组。收集3组受试者外周血,通过淋巴细胞分离液提取外周血单个核细胞,裂解后获得mRNA,反转录得到c DNA,通过实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应检测p11基因表达情况。结果对照组、脑卒中无抑郁组、PSD组受试者p11 mRNA相对表达量分别为0.62±0.03、0.59±0.04、0.55±0.02;PSD组患者p11 mRNA相对表达量低于对照组和脑卒中组(P<0.05);对照组受试者p11 mRNA相对表达量与脑卒中无抑郁组患者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 PSD患者p11基因的表达水平显著降低。Objective To investigate the changes of p11 gene in peripheral blood mononuclear cell（PBMC） of poststroke depression（ PSD） patients. Methods Forty patients with stroke in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University were divided into stroke without depression group and PSD group according to the score of hamilton depression scale and Zung depression scale,with 20 patients in each group. Twenty healthy people were selected as control group. Peripheral blood of the three groups was collected and the PBMC was extracted by lydroxypropylmethyl cellulose. The PBMC was cracked to obtain mRNA and c DNA was obtained by reverse transcription. Then the expression of p11 gene was detected by real-time fluorescent polymerase chain reaction. Results The relative expression of p11 mRNA in control group,stroke without depression group and PSD group was 0. 62 ± 0. 03,0. 59 ± 0. 04,0. 55 ± 0. 02,respectively. The relative expression of p11 mRNA in PSD group was lower than that in control group and stroke without depression group（P 0. 05）,but there was no significant difference between control group and stroke without depression group（P 0. 05）. Conclusion The expression level of p11 in patients with PSD significantly.
