2010～2013年河北省井陉县主要恶性肿瘤发病分析

摘　　要：[目的]分析河北省井陉县2010-2013年主要恶性肿瘤发病情况。[方法]肿瘤发病资料来源于井陉县肿瘤防治办公室,全部资料录入计算机,采用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计分析。[结果 ]井陉县2010-2013年恶性肿瘤新发病例3124例,年平均发病率为252.03/10万,其中男性1823例,女性1301例,男女性年平均发病率分别为287.38/10万和214.98/10万。上消化道肿瘤食管癌和胃癌高发,食管癌发病率为56.63/10万,胃癌发病率86.81/10万（贲门癌发病率为57.04/10万,胃远端癌为29.77/10万）,分别占全部恶性肿瘤发病的22.47%和34.44%;男性发病率均高于女性。其他较高发的恶性肿瘤依次是乳腺癌、肺癌、结直肠癌,发病率依次为24.69/10万、22.35/10万、15.33/10万。[结论 ]井陉县2010-2013年上消化道癌高发,应作为今后防治重点。[Purpose] To analyze the incidence of major cancers in Jinxing County of Hebei Province. [Methods] The population-based incidence data of all cancer in Jinxing County from2010-2013 were collected by the Tumor Prevention Office of the county. The statistical package of SPSS version 13.0 was employed to estimate the incidence. [Results] The new cancer cases were3124 from 2010 to 2013 in Jinxing County（1823 male cases,1301 female cases）. The cancer incidence was 252.03/105（male 287.38/105,female 214.98/105）.Site-specifically,upper gastrointestinal carcinomas such as esophageal（56.63/105） and gastric carcinoma [86.81/105,including gastric cardia（57.04/105） and distant stomach（29.77/105）] were the most frequent tumor types,accounted for22.47% and 34.44% of the total cancer incidence respectively. In the follow,breast cancer（24.69/105）,lung cancer（22.35/105） and colorectal carcinoma（15.33/105） were the major cancer. [Conclusion] The upper gastrointestinal cancers were the main cancer types to prevention and control in Jinxing County.
