摘　　要：晚期胃癌患者的化疗疗效得到普遍认可。然而老年胃癌患者常在临床试验中被剔除,有关老年晚期胃癌患者化疗方面的循证医学证据较少。全文试图从循证医学的角度探讨老年晚期胃癌患者一线化疗的选择。The efficacy of chemotherapy in advanced gastric cancer has been generally recognized.However,elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer（AGC） have often been excluded in clinical trials,and there are few data available on the treatment of these patients. The choice of the firstline chemotherapy with evidence-based medicine for elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer patients were explored in this paper.
