试谈中药提取工艺中使用大孔吸附树脂纯化的研究要求与评价

摘　　要：本文对中药提取工艺中选择使用大孔吸附树脂进行纯化的多方面问题进行系统分析,强调了中药提取纯化工艺中采用大孔吸附树脂纯化的工艺路线应进行研究的内容,特别是用于中药复方提取物的纯化处理方面存在的问题和研究要求。本文还就相关的技术评价内容进行了讨论,并提出评价要点和探讨性建议,以期为大孔吸附树脂用于中药提取物纯化工艺的研究与评价提供参考意见。Many aspects in selection of macroporous adsorption resin for purification of Chinese herbal medicine extracts were analyzed in this paper. It was emphasized that necessary investigation should be conducted in adoption of macroporous adsorption resin in extraction and purification of Chinese herbal medicines. The use of macroporous adsorption resin in purification of complex-herbal medicine extracts was specially mentioned and dis- cussed. Technical evaluation of the related aspects was also discussed in this paper. Further evaluation require- ments and suggestion were also proposed in order to provide references for research and evaluation of using macro- porous adsorption resin technology in purification of Chinese herbal medicine extracts.
