摘  要:目的探讨品管圈在教学双评法带教管理中的应用效果。方法选取我院70名护理实习生为研究对象,采取随机性的方法,将其分为A1组和A2组,每组35名护理实习生,A1组教学双评法带教管理中应用品管圈方法,A2组采用常规法,对两组实习生理论成绩、操作成绩进行比较,并做统计学分析。结果通过对两组实习生不同的带教管理,A1组实习生的理论成绩和操作成绩均较高,与A2组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。同时带教老师对A1组实习生的满意度(94.28%)较高,与A2组(74.28%)比较,差异具有统计学意义(χ2=5.001,P<0.05)。结论在教学双评法带教管理中,通过应用品管圈方法,能够有效提高实习生学习的积极性,提高带教老师自身的综合素质和业务水平,提高带教的教学质量。ObjectiveTo study the quality control circle double evaluation method in the teaching application effect in teaching management.Methods 70 nursing interns were chosed as the research object in our hospital, adopts the method of random, it can be divided into A1 and A2 groups, each group of cases 35 nursing interns on two groups of interns theory result, operating result comparison.Results By means of two groups of interns of different teaching management (P〈0.05), interns theory result and the operating result of A1 group (94.28%) were higher, compared with A2 group (74.28%), the differences were statistically signiifcant (χ^2=5.001,P〈0.05). Conclusion In the teaching evaluation method in the teaching management, can effectively boost the enthusiasm of the interns to learn, to improve the teaching quality of teaching.
