摘 要:目的探讨影响护理实习生带教质量的因素,总结应对措施。方法回顾分析影响护理实习生带教质量的因素,总结影响带教质量的原因,制定并实施应对策略。相关应对策略实施后,调查2014年60护理实习生的理论考核成绩、实际操作成绩与带教满意度。结果应对策略实施前护理实习生理论成绩为(86.2±5.7)分,实际操作成绩为(88.5±4.9)分,带教满意度为83.3%,在应对策略实施后2014年带教护理实习生理论成绩与实际操作成绩显著提高(P<0.01);带教满意度为98.3%,显著提高(P<0.01)。结论分析影响带教质量的原因,制定并实施应对措施,显著提高了带教的质量。ObjectiveTo explore the inlfuencing factors on the quality of the nursing internship teaching, summarizes the countermeasures.Methods Retrospective analysis of the influencing factors on the quality of the nursing internship teaching, summarizes the reasons affecting the quality of teaching, develop and implement strategies. Since the implementation of relevant coping strategies investigation of 60, nursing interns theoretical examination result in 2014, the actual operation result and teaching satisfaction.Results Before the implementation of nursing interns coping strategies of theoretical results for (86.2±5.7) points, the actual operating results for (88.5±4.9) points, teaching satisfaction is 83.3%, in response to the implementation of the strategy of teaching improve nursing interns 2014 theoretical achievements and practical results (P〈0.01), teaching satisfaction was 98.3%, signiifcantly improved (P〈0.01).Conclusion This paper analyzes the reasons of affecting the quality of teaching, formulation and implementation of measures and improve the quality of teaching.
