探析高颈段脊髓肿瘤的诊断与手术治疗

摘　　要：目的分析探讨高颈段脊髓肿瘤的诊治及手术治疗方法。方法采取回顾性的方法将我院自2012年7月-2013年7月之间收治的30例高颈段脊髓肿瘤患者的临床资料进行分析研究,总结该疾病的诊断及手术治疗方法。结果在本组的30例患者中,有21例行肿瘤全切除术,3例行肿瘤次全切除术,6例行肿瘤部分切除术或活检。经随访1年,1例死亡,复发2例,2例患者无变化,8例患者症状得到一定改善,17例患者症状消失。结论早期诊断高颈段脊髓肿瘤具有一定的困难,而MRI则是最佳的辅助检查方法 ;采取手术治疗可提高肿瘤切除率并降低对脊髓的损伤。ObjectiveTo investigate the diagnosis and treatment of operation analysis and treatment methods of high cervical spinal cord tumors. Methods Retrospective analysis of the methods of clinical data from 2012 July to 2013 July, among 30 patients in our hospital with high cervical spinal cord tumor patients, to summarize the diagnosis and operation method of treatment of the disease.Results In the 30 cases in this group of patients, 21 received total tumor resection, 3 underwent subtotal resection, 6 underwent tumor resection or biopsy. After 1 years of follow-up, 1 cases died, 2 cases of recurrence, 2 patients had no change, the symptoms of 8 patients improved, 17 patients symptoms disappeared.Conclusion Early diagnosis of high cervical spinal cord tumors is dififcult, and MRI is the best method of auxiliary examination, take operation therapy can improve the resection rate and reduce the injury of spinal cord.
