脑膜瘤复发的相关临床因素的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨脑膜瘤复发的相关临床因素,对于脑膜瘤复发的高危患者进行积极的防治。方法选取2013年6月-2014年6月期间在我院接受治疗的脑膜瘤复发患者58例,回顾患者的临床资料、影像学资料、临床表现、手术切除程度及病理分级,分析引发脑膜瘤复发的相关因素。结果脑膜瘤术后复发的相关因素包括年龄、术前癫痫、肿瘤直径较大、形状不规则、瘤周水肿及手术切除程度等。结论术后关注患者引发脑膜瘤复发的相关因素,做好积极的预防措施,以降低脑膜瘤复发几率。ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical factors associated with meningeal relapse, active prevention of patients at high risk for recurrence of meningiomas.Methods 58 patients with meningioma recurrence during 2013 June to 2014 June were selected to accept the treatment in our hospital , and review the clinical data, imaging data, patients with clinical manifestations and pathological grade, extent of resection operation, analysis caused by factors related to recurrence of meningiomas.Results The related factors of postoperative recurrence of meningiomas, including age, preoperative epilepsy, tumor with larger diameter, irregular shape, peritumoral edema and operation resection extent etc.Conclusion The related factors of the patients with meningioma recurrence after the operation caused the attention, do the positive preventive measures, in order to reduce the chance of recurrence of meningiomas.
