摘　　要：目的本次主要探讨新生儿淋菌性结膜炎治疗的安全性。方法选择我院收治的淋菌性结膜炎新生儿88例,并对其进行治疗。结果大部分患儿在六天左右临床症状基本消失,其中41例患儿在三天左右临床症状基本消失;所有患儿未出现不良反应情况。结论本次采用全身治疗和局部治疗的方法能够有效治疗此疾病,并且无不良反应。ObjectiveDiscussion on the safety of neonatal gonococcal conjunctivitis treatment. Methods Neonatal gonococcal conjunctivitis in our hospital in 88 cases, and its treatment.Results The majority of patients during the six days of clinical symptoms disappeared, 41 cases in three days or so clinical symptoms disappeared, all of the patients have no adverse reaction case.ConclusionThis time by using the method of systemic therapy and local treatment are effective in the treatment of this disease, and has no adverse reaction, this method is worth popularizing in clinic.
