超声乳化术与现代囊外摘除术治疗白内障疗效比较

摘　　要：目的探讨超声乳化术与现代囊外摘除术治疗白内障的临床效果。方法选取我院于2012年3月-2014年4月收治的56例白内障患者,使用抽签法将其分成研究组和参照组,参照组采用现代囊外摘除术进行治疗,研究组超声乳化术进行治疗,观察两组患者治疗后的临床效果并对其进行对比。结果通过治疗,研究组的总有效率为92.9%,明显高于参照组的78.6%,差异明显,具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;两组并发症经对比无明显差异,不具有统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论通过研究显示,超声乳化术治疗白内障的临床效果更为有效。Objective Phaco and clinical effect of modern extracapsular extraction treatment of cataract. Methods 56 cases of cataract patients were selected from 2012 March to 2014 April in our hospital, use the draw method, they can be divided into research group and control group, control group adopts modern extracapsular extraction treatment, the experimental group phaco treatment, observe the clinical effect of two groups of patients after treatment and carries on the contrast.Results Through treatment, to observe the clinical effect of two groups of patients, found that the experimental group the total effective rate was 92.9%, signiifcantly better than that of control group 78.6% signiifcant difference, statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Complications of the two groups had no significant difference by comparison, was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）.ConclusionThrough the study shows that phaco more effective for treatment of cataract, is worthy of popularization and application.
