摘　　要：中医临证思想决定中药的现代研究实践,同时中药的现代研究也大大丰富充实了中医现代临证思想。中西医汇通,中医临证思想从"宏观辨证思维"向"宏观—微观辨证结合"与"病证结合"思想模式转变,使中医临证思想发生了第三次质的改变,在此指导下的现代中药研究,应用生物信息学、分子生物学、免疫学和蛋白组学的研究技术,从整体、细胞和分子水平,从更高的层次水平来探讨中药研究的现代化。The modern research of traditional Chinese medicine clinical thought determines the modern practice of TCM. At the same time,the modern research of traditional Chinese medicine（ TCM） greatly enriches the modern clinical thoughts of traditional Chinese medicine. Combined Chinese and western medicine,Chinese medicine clinical thoughts from macroscopic syndrome differentiation thinking transforms to macro-micro combined with syndrome differentiation and combined disease and thought patterns change,making the traditional Chinese medicine clinical thought＇s qualitative change for the third time. Under the guidance of modern Chinese medicine research and application in bioinformatics,molecular biology,immunology and the technology of proteomics research as a whole,from the cellular and molecular level,we discussed the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine research from a higher level.
