肠益方治疗湿热蕴结型大肠癌患者舌脉象观察

摘　　要：目的:观察肠益方对湿热蕴结型大肠癌术后患者治疗前后舌脉象参数的变化情况。方法:将140例大肠癌术后患者随机分为,治疗组102例,其中湿热夹瘀者49例,湿热兼虚者53例;对照组38例。对各组治疗前后舌脉象参数予以观察对比。结果:3组资料在舌象参数上,治疗前后均无显著差异(P>0.05),3组之间各指标亦均无显著差异(P>0.05)。3组资料在左手脉象"Lh4"和右手脉象"Rh4"、"Rh5"、"Ras"参数上,治疗前后的变化具有统计学差异(P<0.01,P<0.05),其余各项指标治疗前后及3组之间比较均未见无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:肠益方对湿热蕴结型大肠癌术后患者左手脉象"Lh4"和右手脉象"Rh4"、"Rh5"、"Ras"等部分指标治疗前后具有一定的变化趋势。Objective： This test aims that through clinical research and observation of Changyi Formula to treatment of wet-hot type patients with colorectal cancer,we observe the indicators include tongue and pulse parameters changes.Methods： This test collected 140 patients. They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,and were given treatment of Changyi Formula or Pingxiao Capsule for three months. We collect tongue and pulse parameters with ZBOX-I tongue image digital analysis instrument before and after the treatment,analyze the relevance between the tongue and pulse parameters by simple correlation software. Results： Comparing the treated group with the controlled group,there was no difference（ P〉0. 05） in the tongue parameters in Wet-hot type patients with colorectal cancer before and after treatment. However,there was significant difference（ P〈0. 01,P〈0. 05） in the pulse parameters Lh4＇ in left hand and Rh4＇,Rh5＇, Ras＇ in right hand. Conclusion： We found the pulse parameters Lh4＇ in left hand and Rh4＇,Rh5＇,Ras＇ in right hand changing in Wet-hot type of colorectal cancer patients after operation before and after treatment.
