眶内针刺法结合电针治疗外伤性瞳孔散大78例临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的探讨眶内针刺结合电针治疗外伤性瞳孔散大的临床疗效。方法将78例单眼外伤性瞳孔散大患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,每组各39例。治疗组选用眶内针刺法结合电针治疗,对照组选用眼部腧穴常规针刺结合电针治疗。治疗10次为1个疗程,共观察3个疗程,分别记录每个疗程后患者自身患眼与健眼瞳孔直径大小差值,分析2组患者治疗前后的瞳孔大小差值以及瞳孔对光反射的恢复情况。结果治疗组39例,治愈率25.6%,总有效率89.7%;对照组39例,治愈率10.3%,总有效率74.4%,2组疗效差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论眶内针刺法结合电针与传统针刺结合电针对外伤性瞳孔散大的恢复以及光反射敏感度的提高均有治疗作用,前者的治疗效果优于后者。OBJECTIVE To investigate the efficacy of entorbital-needling in patients with traumatic mydria- sis and its value of application. METHODS Seventy-eight patients with traumatic mydriasis were randomly as- signed to 2 groups. Thirty-nine patients in treatment group received entorbital-needling combined with elec- troacupuncture treatment, while 39 patients in control group received conventional acupuncture combined with elec- troacupuncture treatment. One course of treatment contains 10 times of acupuncture. Each group received 3 courses. The differences between the pupil diameter of the healthy eye and that of diseased eye were recorded after each course. Statistics analysis was applied to compare the difference of pupil size before and after the treatment and the difference of pupillary light reflex recovery between 2 groups. RESULTS In the treatment group, the cure rate was 25.6% and the effective rate was 89.7%. In control group, 74.4%. The difference between the 2 groups was statistically the cure rate was 10.3% and the efficiency rate was significant （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSIONS The entor- bital-needling and conventional acupuncture were both effective to recover the pupil size and enhance the sensitivity of eye with traumatic mydriasis. And the efficacy of entorbital-needling combined with electricity treatment was su- perior to that of conventional acupuncture combined with electroacupuneture.
