摘　　要：目前西医对于干眼的治疗以人工泪液的使用为主,虽可暂时缓解患者不适症状,但其远期疗效不尽如人意。针灸治疗干眼方法多样、疗效确切。本文就针灸治疗干眼的方法、影响因素及治疗机制进行总结,并提出一些不足之处。At present, western medicine for the treatment of dry eye mainly uses artificial tears .Although it may temporarily relieve patients, symptoms, its long-term effect is not satisfactory. The characteristics of acupuncture treatment of dry eye involve the diverse methods and the exact effect. This article summarized the methods, the influencing factors and the treatment mechanism of acupuncture treatment of dry eye, and put forward some inadequacies.
