脑卒中简明版与综合版ICF组合量表的比较分析

摘　　要：目的比较分析研究综合版和简明版脑卒中国际功能、残疾和健康核心分类量表的信效度。方法 5名研究人员分别对上海地区5所医院的234例脑卒中患者,同步采用综合版和简明版国际脑卒中ICF核心分类量表进行评定,计算综合版和简明版脑卒中ICF核心分类量表Cronbach＇sα系数,以综合版脑卒中ICF核心分类量表做效标,采用Spearman相关分析简明版脑卒中ICF核心分类量表的效标效度。结果脑卒中的综合版四个类目的Cronbach＇sα系数为0.931-0.984,总体Cronbach＇sα系数为0.849。简明版ICF核心分类量表四个类目的Cronbach＇sα系数为0.874-0.931,总体Cronbach＇sα系数为0.801。脑卒中ICF的身体功能,身体结构,活动与参与及环境因素四个类目,综合版和简明版评分的Spearman相关系数分别为0.722,0.959,0.892,0.921（P〈0.01）。结论简明版脑卒中国际功能、残疾和健康核心分类量表具有可接受的信度和效度,是对脑卒中患者进行综合评定简单易行的工具。Objective To assess the reliability and validity of brief and comprehensive international classification of function,disability and health（ICF） Core Sets for stroke.Methods Two hundred and thirty-four stroke patients from five hospitals of Shanghai were evaluated with the brief ICF and comprehensive Core Sets for stroke by 5 researchers independently.The internal consistency was analyzed with Cronbach＇s a coefficient;standard validity was analyzed with Speaman rank correlation coefficient.Results The comprehensive sets for stroke patients had good internal consistency with components of body function,body structure,activity and participation,and environmental factors（α=0.931-0.984）;while those of brief ICF Core Sets were also good（a=0.874-0.931）.Correlation analysis showed that the four items of brief ICF core sets were highly associated with those of comprehensive sets,with spearman＇s coefficients of 0.722,0.959,0.892 and 0.921,respectively（P〈0. 05）.Conclusion The brief ICF Core Set is a refined instrument for comprehensive evaluation of stroke patients with satisfactory reliability and validity.
