摘　　要：飞秒激光对组织的光致解离作用具有低能量、微损伤以及空间定位精确的特点,非常适合于角膜组织的超精细切割。本文就飞秒激光的作用机制及在角膜病领域的临床应用进行综述。Femtosecond laser is characterized by a unique photo-decomposing function, which facilitates the creation of precise cuts at arbitrary locations with far less damages to adjacent tissues. This review focuses on recent advances made in applying femtosecond laser technology to corneal procedures other than creating corneal flaps in laser in situ keratomileusis（LASIK）.
