多发性簇发性Spitz痣1例

摘　　要：患者男,9岁。右侧颧部丘疹、结节半年,皮损为多发的褐红色丘疹、结节,融合成斑块,呈乳头瘤样。组织病理学检查及免疫组织化学染色结果符合Spitz痣的组织病理学改变。结合临床及组织病理学改变,确诊为多发性簇发性Spitz痣。A 9-year-old boy presented with multiple maroon papules and nodules on his right pars zygomatica for half a year. The lesions coalesced and showed a papillary surface pattern. Histopathology examination and immuno- histochemistry confirmed the diagnosis of Spitz nevus. According to clinical and pathological features, the di- agnosis of multiple agminated Spitz nevus was made.
