摘　　要：门脉海绵样变性属非肝病性门脉高压症,病因与发病机制不十分清楚。多见于儿童,成人少见,并发原发性血小板增多症更属罕见。Cavernous transformation of portal vein is a non-hepatie disease of portal hypertension. The aetiolog Yl pathogenesis are not yet known. Children generally have more higher risks than adult, but it combined with pri~ thrombocytosis is a rare disease.
