摘　　要：在上消化道溃疡疾病中,食管溃疡较罕见,主要为良性溃疡。造成食管良性溃疡的病因较为复杂,常见的有反流性食管炎、异物机械损伤、Barrett’s食管及物理化学性损伤等,少见原因有白塞氏病及克罗恩病。白塞氏病及克罗恩病单发于食管临床较少见,故容易被误诊。In upper gastrointestinal ulcer disease, esophageal ulcer is relatively rare, and the most cases are benign ulcer. Benign esopl ageal ulcers were caused by complex factors, the most common are reflux esophagitis, foreign bodies mechanical damage, Barrett＇ s esoph gus and physical and chemical damage, Behcet＇ s disease and Crohn＇ s disease are rare. Behcet＇ s disease and Crohn＇ s disease trend in cliical esophagus is rare, so we often misdiagnose.
