现代医学与传统医学对睡眠生理的不同认识

摘　　要：现代医学认为睡眠是由中枢内发生主动抑制过程而产生的,中枢内有产生睡眠的中枢。通过动物实验观察在脑干尾部存在着引起睡眠和脑电波同步化的中枢,而且与上行激动系统的作用相对抗,从而调节控制着睡眠与觉醒的相互转化。现代医学从睡眠中枢、脑电图时相和中枢内递质的释放,阐述了睡眠的生理过程和生理机制。传统医学从圆运动理论的阴阳平衡、营卫和心神等方面,解释了睡眠的生理机制。传统医学认为睡眠的维持主要依靠三方面:即阴阳之气相对平衡;脉道经络滑利通畅,邪不阻道,气行得畅;相关脏腑相生相克,正常有序的协同作用。虽然它们认识睡眠的角度不同,但本质是相通相同的。Modern medicine think that sleep is caused by active inhibition process that occurs in the central pivot wherein sleep is produced.Through the animal experiment observation,in the brain stem end,there exists the central pivot which can cause sleep and synchronization of the brain waves and be against the function of the upward excited system,which regulates the reciprocal transformation of sleep and wake.Modern medicine expounds the physiological processes and the physiological mechanism of sleep from the central pivot,electroencephalogram and central transmitters released,traditional medicine explains the physiological mechanism of the sleep from a balance of Yin and Yang of the theory of circular movement,nutritive Qi and defensive Qi and state of mind,etc.Traditional medicine think that sleep rely mainly on three aspects：namely,the relative balance of Yin and Yang Qi the smooth of Veins road and the flow of main and collateral channels,no resistance by the evil in the channels,and smooth in the Gas line;reinforce each other and normal and order cooperation of the related viscera.Although they explain sleep from different angles,but the essence is the same.
