摘　　要：目的探讨坦度螺酮联合甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗心因性头晕的临床疗效。方法将90例心因性头晕患者随机分为A、B、C三组,分别采取坦度螺酮联合甲磺酸倍他司汀、坦度螺酮、甲磺酸倍他司汀治疗。结果坦度螺酮联合甲磺酸倍他司汀疗效明显好于单用坦度螺酮或甲磺酸倍他司汀。结论坦度螺酮联合甲磺酸倍他司汀效果显著,副作用小。Objective To study the clinical effect of betahistine mesylate combined tandospirone in the treatment of psychogenic dizziness. Methods 90 patients with psychogenic dizziness, who were randomly divided into A, B, and C groups, were respectively treated with tandospirone combined betahistine mesylate, tandospirone, and betahistine mesylate. Results Tandospirone combined betahistine mesylate had obviously better clinical effect than simple tandospirone or simple betahistine mesylate. Conclusion Tandospirone combined betahistine mesylate has significant effect, little side effect.
