尤瑞克林联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨尤瑞克林联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法选择2013年1月～2014年6月在我院住院的60例急性脑梗死患者,随机分成研究组和对照组,各30例。对照组患者给予前列地尔,治疗组患者在对照组基础上加用尤瑞克林。连续静滴2周后,评价两组的临床疗效;观察治疗前后两组ADL、NIHSS评分及不良反应。结果治疗组患者的有效率93.3%高于对照组的80.0%（P〈0.05）。两组治疗后ADL评分较治疗前均明显提高,NIHSS评分均明显降低,其中尤以治疗组ADL评分升高及NIHSS评分下降更为显著（P〈0.05）。两组均无显著不良反应发生。结论尤瑞克林联合前列地尔治疗急性脑梗死疗效好,能明显改善临床症状,提高日常生活能力,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of human urinary kallidinogenas combined with alprostadil in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 60 cases of acute cerebral infarction in our hospital from January 2013 to June 2014 were selected,and randomly divided into the study group and the control group,each group had 30 cases.The patients in the control group were treated with alprostadil,the patients in the treatment group were added with human urinary kallidinogenas based on the treatment of the control group.After the continuous intravenous drip for 2 weeks,the clinical effects of the two groups were evaluated;ADL,NIHSS score and adverse reaction of the two groups were observed before and after treatment. Results The effective rate of patients in the treatment group（93.3%）was higher than 80.0% in the control group（P〈0.05）.The ADL score of the two groups after treatment was significantly improved compared with before treatment,the NIHSS score was decreased,especially in the ADL score of the treatment group was increased and NIHSS score was decreased significantly（P〈0.05）.No significant adverse reactions happened in the two groups. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of human urinary kallidinogenas combined with alprostadil in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction is good, can obviously improve the clinical symptoms,improve the ability of daily life,and it is worthy of clinical application.
