摘　　要：介绍了铝合金铸件V法造型与低压铸造相结合的一种新技术,指出了该新技术与常规的树脂砂型低压铸造的不同之处,重点分析了通气孔在V法铸造过程中的重要作用,介绍了V法低压铸造时通气孔的设置原则,进行了V法造型低压铸造铝合金箱体铸件的生产实践,总结了铝合金铸件V法低压铸造中浇注温度、充型速度、保压时间、真空度的合适范围。A new technology of V-process molding low pressure casting aluminum alloy castings was introduced. The difference of this new technology and conventional resin sand mold low pressure casting was pointed out. The important role of the communicating hole was analyzed. The setting principles of the vent hole were introduced. The production practice for the V-process molding low pressure casting aluminum alloy box casting has been done. The appropriate range of pouring temperature, filling speed, the time of holding pressure and vacuum degree in the V-process molding low pressure casting aluminum alloy castings were summarized.
