摘　　要：目的探讨可调脉宽倍频Nd：YAG激光治疗皮肤血管性疾病的安全性，旨在为临床治疗提供可靠的参考数据。方法选取新野县人民医院2011年5月至2013年4月收治的皮肤血管性疾病患者122例，随机分为对照组及观察组，每组61例。对照组采用强脉冲光治疗，观察组采用可调脉宽倍频Nd：YAG激光治疗，比较两组的临床疗效及安全性。结果观察组治疗毛细血管扩张、蜘蛛痣、血管瘤、鲜红斑痣的总有效率及不良反应均优于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论可调脉宽倍频Nd：YAG激光对于治疗各种皮肤血管性疾病有显著的疗效，且操作简便，安全性高，值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the safety of variable double-frequency Nd： YAG laser in treatment of skin vascular disease, and provide reliable reference data for clinical treatment. Methods One hundred and twenty-two patients with skin vascular diseases in people＇ s hospital of Xinye from May 2011 to April 2013 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 61 cases in each group. The control group underwent intense pulsed light therapy, the observation group underwent variable double-frequency Nd： YAG laser therapy. The clinical efficacy and safety were compared be- tween the two groups. Results The total effective rates of telangiectasia, spider always, hemangiomas and port wine stains, and the incidence of adverse reactions in observation group were better than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant （ all P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions Variable double-frequency Nd： YAG laser in treatment of skin vascular disease has significant effect, and the operation is simple, safe, it should be widely applied in clinic.
