摘　　要：Levinas 'philosophical language is the most important way to comprehend Levinas' later philosophy. Escaping from traditional Ontology and the ontological language,it is a poetic language and establishes the ethical relation between the subject and others. By the division of the Saying and the Said,Levinas pointed out that Ontology exists in the Said and transcendence of Ontology can only be achieved by the return to the Saying. Thus he gradually changes his attitude towards the art,especially the poem and considered that the poetic language is the only way to express the "unsayble"of the Saying. He fully used the poetic language to explain the transcendence in his late work Otherwise Than Being.Levinas ＇philosophical language is the most important way to comprehend Levinas＇ later philosophy.
