摘　　要：地方本科院校的转型发展是我国经济发展到一定阶段的必然产物。国内外学者基于高等教育与经济增长的相关研究已经为地方本科院校的转型发展提供了理论基础。就我国经济发展的现状与趋势来看,地方本科院校的转型发展有着重要的经济价值。但是一些现实因素在影响着地方本科院校的转型发展。为此,地方本科院校要和各方面力量协同发力,采取相应的对策推动地方本科院校的转型发展,实现我国经济结构的升级与可持续发展。The transformation and development of local undergraduate universities is the inevitable product of a certain stage of economic development in China. Scholars at home and abroad have already provided theoretical foundation for the transformation, based on the research of higher education and economic growth. In terms of economic development of the present situation and the trend in China, the transformation and development of local undergraduate universities has significant economic value. But some realistic factors are influencing it. Therefore, local undergraduate universities and other strengths should collaborate and take corresponding countermeasures to promote the transformation and development of local undergraduate universities and realize China＇ s economic structure upgraded and its sustainable development.
