摘　　要：邓小平的干部队伍建设思想具有极为丰富的内涵,如要坚持干部"四化"方针、重视培养选用优秀年轻干部、重视推进干部人事制度改革、加强干部管理监督工作等。认真学习和借鉴邓小平的干部队伍建设思想,对于现阶段改进党管干部的方法、提高干部队伍的能力和水平、完善工作体制机制、推进干部队伍建设规范化和法制化具有非常重要的现实启迪。Deng Xiao ping＇s thought on construction of contingent of cadres has rich connotations, such as being persistent in ＂Four Changes＂ of cadres, focusing on cultivation and selecting excellent young cadres, attaching importance to boost reform of cadre and personnel system, and strengthening management and supervision of cadres, etc. It has important realistic enlightenment to study and reference to Deng Xiao ping＇s thought for improving methods of party administrating cadres, enhancing ability and level of contingent of cadres, perfecting system of mechanism, and propelling the standardization and legislation of construction of contingent of cadres.
