摘 要:目的评价不同制作技术及粘接剂对In-Ceram氧化铝全瓷冠边缘微渗漏的影响。方法 3种技术制作氧化铝全瓷冠各15个,分别采用3种粘接剂粘固于离体牙,温度循环实验后,将样本放入质量分数为2%的亚甲蓝溶液48h,体式显微镜观察牙与粘接剂界面的微渗漏状况,记录观察结果,对实验数据进行统计分析。结果自粘结树脂型粘接剂微渗漏最小,其次是树脂加强型玻璃离子,玻璃离子微渗漏最大(P<0.05);采用树脂加强型玻璃离子和玻璃离子粘固不同全瓷冠时,粉浆涂塑氧化铝冠的微渗漏最大(P<0.05)。结论 Cerec in Lab system制作的全瓷冠边缘微渗漏小。自粘结树脂型粘接剂抗边缘微渗漏能力强,是粘固In-Ceram氧化铝全瓷冠的理想粘接剂。Objective To evaluate the marginal microleakage of different In-Ceram alumina crowns using different cements.Methods 45 extracted maxillary first premolars were prepared for a complete coverage restoration and were fabricated on the models using the following systems:Group SL,the slip-cast technique(In-Ceram system);Group CR,a CAD/CAM system(Cerec in Lab system) and Group WO,the electro-deposition dipping technique(Wol-Ceram). Luted onto standard prepared teeth using different cements,after temperature cycling test,all the crowns were then immersed in 2% methylene blue dye for a period of 48 h.The marginal microleakage at tooth interfaces was observed using stereomictoscopy and evaluated in classification index. The data were subjected to statistical analysis using Kruskal-Wallis U test and Mann-Whitney test. Results The difference in microleakage between three crowns using different cements was statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion The copings fabricated using Cerec in Lab system had an observable decrease in mircoleakage. Rely XTMUnicem adhensive resin luting system which was the first selection in clinical was better than glass ionomer and was good at In-Ceram alumina crown.
