济南市城市化可持续发展环境问题初步研究

摘　　要：目前济南市已进入了城市化快速发展阶段。本文分析了济南市城市化现状与特点,并从人口、经济、社会和空间4个方面选取12项指标进行城市化综合指数值计算,研究济南市城市化综合指数与城市化过程中水环境、大气环境及固体废物排放耦合性,揭示城市化进程中产生的水资源短缺及水质污染等水环境、环境空气污染等大气环境及固体废物排放增多加处置不当等固体废物污染等主要环境问题,提出了解决济南市城市化进程中产生主要环境问题的初步对策与建议,从而为实现城市化与城市可持续发展提供一定理论基础。At present, Jinan has entered a rapid urbanization stage and this article analysed the present urbanization situation and characteristics of Jinan. From the aspects of population, economy, society and space, the value of urbanization comprehensive index was calculated with 12 indicators. The coupling was analyzed between urbanization and water environment, atmospheric environment and solid waste pollution to reveal the main environmental problems in the process of urbanization. In view of the problems, the countermeasures and suggestion were put forward to solve the problems, to provide certain theoretical basis to realize urbanization and environment balance and sustainable development.
