摘  要:学生的学习态度、起始英语水平、专业英语基础、其他双语课程学习、课前预习与课后复习是决定双语教学效果的主要因素。针对这些限制因素,高校进行相应的大学英语和专业英语教学改革,优化相关课程体系和搞好师资培训,教师提高教学技能和完善教学资源将有利于双语教学氛围的营造,提高双语教学效果,使学生获得专业知识和英语水平的同步增长,促进高校国际化外向型、高素质创新型人才培养目标的实现。The attitude toward learning,initial English levels of the college students,together with previous experience of bilingual teaching,as well as preview before class and review after class are dominant factors affecting the bilingual-teaching efficiency. Against these influential factors university should carry out reforms for college English and specialized English teaching, colleges should optimize the related course system and emphasize skill training for teachers, teachers should improve their professional skills and keep expanding teaching resources. All these works will facilitate to culture atmosphere and improve efficiency of bilingual teaching. Thus the students will obtain the simultaneous progress in professional knowledge mastering and English learning, and will hasten the realization of the tertiary education target aimed to culture international-competent,high-quality and creative talents.
