摘  要:针对舰载导航装备综合效能评估中的不确定性,在基于修正ADC模型的舰载导航装备综合效能评估指标体系基础之上,将以云理论为基础的云重心评判法运用到舰载导航装备效能评估中,并给出了效能评估的具体步骤和算例。根据评估结果中加权偏离度较大的指标,可从指标体系中找到影响效能的主要因素,进而加以改进提高其效能。该方法简单易行可操作性强,为舰载导航装备等复杂系统的效能评估提供了有效的方法和途径。In view of some uncertain factors existing in the comprehensive effectiveness evaluation of shipborne navigation equipment,MCGC based on cloud theory was adopted in effectiveness evaluation of shipborne navigation equipment after constructing its effectiveness index system based on improved ADC model. Some key steps and an example are given in this paper. According to the index whose weighting deviation is bigger in the evaluation results,the main factors influencing the effectiveness can be found from its effectiveness index system,and then corrected to improve its effectiveness. This method is simple and practicability,and can provide good ways and means for effectiveness evaluation of shipborne navigation equipment and other complex systems.
